• Fabrication of new, both full and partial, dentures based on the individual needs and insurance coverage. The dentures can be labeled with the patients name if requested. 
• We provide 24 hour or one business day response time for emergency calls. 
• We bill insurance or responsible party of the residents directly.
• Providing patient notes as required by state rules and regulations. We provide you with two sets of notes: a dental visit summary for Social Services department and individualized patient notes for residents’ charts. 
• Our exam form is designed to help your nurses fill out the dental portion of the MDS form for your residents with ease and confidence.
